The Sunrise Sharks Swim Team is currently in the off season, but the parent board is actively working to get ready for the next season! The 2017 swim season will run from April 4th through July 18th.
The Sharks will once again swim in the Eureka Conference and we will be swimming against Galt, Dixon, Laguna Creek, and Fulton - El Camino. Here's a quick glance at our 2017 Meet Schedule so you can plan your summer vacation.
ATTENTION COACHES, PARENTS & SWIMMERS:
We are now in what we call the “Dry Period” of swimming. Per the NorCal Swim League bylaws, no team shall conduct practice during the time period commencing February 1 and extending through March 31 of any calendar year (see Section 12.05). An individual will NOT be ineligible to participate during a League swimming season if the individual participates in a stroke-and-turn training program or swimming lessons during the month of March provided certain criteria is met (see Section 12.06). However, there are events that may cause an individual to be ineligible to participate during a League swimming season (see Section 11.03). Click here to view the NorCal Swim League Bylaws.
